Job Title: Pharmacist - Hospital Experienced - Band 6/7

We are seeking an experienced Hospital Pharmacist to join our team in London. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in hospital pharmacy, with experience in medicines reconciliation, drug chart screening, and patient counseling. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Medicines reconciliation and drug chart screening
  • Offering advice to patients on the wards
  • Screening in the dispensary, inpatients, and outpatients
  • Assisting the ATOs and Pharm Techs with checking when needed
Requirements:
  • Current and valid registration with the GPHC as a Pharmacist
  • Hospital experience is essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
