**Role Overview**

Reed Financial Services is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in the financial services sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional results.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve financial goals
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the UK market
* Cultivate and maintain relationships with intermediary partners, clients, and stakeholders
* Tailor solutions to client needs, including liaising with Tax and Law colleagues
* Analyze sales performance metrics and KPIs to monitor success
* Uphold sales processes and best practices in collaboration with the New Business Team
* Generate reports on sales performance and market trends
* Collaborate with marketing, technical development, and SSAS administration teams
* Engage in product development and marketing strategy discussions
* Deliver presentations at various events and meetings, adhering to company best practices
* Contribute to PR and marketing programmes with written content for various platforms

**Requirements**

* 5-7 years of sales experience within the financial services sector
* Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth
* Expertise in member-directed pension arrangements – SIPP & SSAS
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving capabilities
* Comprehensive knowledge of financial products and services
* Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools
* Customer-centric with a keen business sense
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* High level of integrity and professionalism
* Adaptable and receptive to change
* Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
