Job Title: New Business Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an ambitious and driven New Business Sales Manager to join our team at Orseal Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing the future business development strategy focused on increased sales and new business opportunities for the Stockzone division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve forecasted growth and sales targets by developing and implementing a strategic sales plan.
  • Design and implement a business plan to expand Orseal's Stockzone customer base and product ranges.
  • Plan future recruitment, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring within the Stockzone division.
  • Promote and build strong customer relationships by partnering with clients and providing a client-driven understanding of their needs.
  • Present sales results, margin, opportunities, and forecasts to the management team monthly.

Requirements and Skill Sets:

  • Previous experience of selling into the valve and flow control market sector.
  • Clear evidence of experience gained and successes in similar markets to that of Orseal Ltd.
  • Driven skill set and determination to succeed in developing future growth in Orseal Ltd Stockzone division.
  • Proven working experience as a new business sales manager, sales executive, or a similar demanding role.
  • Customer-centric management skill set.
  • Proficient in MS Office and experience of CRM software.
  • Market knowledge of Orseal Stockzone and similar product ranges.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Time management and planning skill sets.
