Job Summary:

K3 Capital Group Ltd is a leading business sales broker, offering a comprehensive nationwide service to business owners who are selling their business. We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our busy team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, including small business owners, to close deals and secure instructions to sell their business
  • Negotiate contracts and fees
  • Provide advice and guidance on the business sale process in a discreet and empathetic manner
  • Keep clients informed of relevant completions in their sector
  • Liaise with a team of Commercial Directors across the UK

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven sales experience
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients, managing sensitive conversations with tact and diplomacy
  • Strong closing skills, recognizing buying signals
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets
  • Ability to manage own time and diary
  • Strong literacy and numerical skills
