Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, including small business owners, to close deals and secure instructions to sell their business
- Negotiate contracts and fees
- Provide advice and guidance on the business sale process in a discreet and empathetic manner
- Keep clients informed of relevant completions in their sector
- Liaise with a team of Commercial Directors across the UK
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven sales experience
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, managing sensitive conversations with tact and diplomacy
- Strong closing skills, recognizing buying signals
- Proven track record of exceeding targets
- Ability to manage own time and diary
- Strong literacy and numerical skills
