À propos du poste :

En tant que Spécialiste du Support Comptable, vous jouerez un rôle clé en assistant les gestionnaires de comptes dans la fourniture de conseils adaptés aux clients et en garantissant un service de qualité pour répondre à leurs besoins d'assurance. Vous serez également responsable de maintenir une image professionnelle tout en maximisant les opportunités commerciales.

Responsabilités clés :

  • Gérer toutes les tâches de manière efficace et précise.
  • Répondre aux demandes des clients, qu'elles soient écrites ou téléphoniques, avec professionnalisme.
  • Produire une documentation précise et professionnelle en tout temps.
  • Traiter les ajustements conformément aux procédures établies.
  • Orienter les demandes complexes vers le personnel senior.
  • Émettre la documentation de renouvellement et gérer les données.
  • Gérer les paiements des clients selon les procédures de l'entreprise.

Profil recherché :

  • Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et de communication.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches et à respecter les délais.
  • Attention aux détails pour garantir l'exactitude des documents.
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et à collaborer efficacement.
  • Engagement à obtenir la certification professionnelle dans les 18 mois suivant l'embauche.
