About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Family Solicitor to lead and manage our complex family law cases. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert legal advice, mentor junior solicitors, and contribute to the strategic development and growth of our family law department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse caseload of high-net-worth and intricate family law matters, including divorce settlements, child custody disputes, and domestic violence issues.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of solicitors and support staff to ensure the delivery of exceptional client service.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering tailored legal solutions that meet their unique needs.
  • Contribute to the development of our family law practice, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Engage in business development activities to enhance our practice and expand our client base.
  • Ensure compliance with legal standards and internal policies, managing risk effectively.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in family law, with a proven track record in handling complex and high-value cases.
  • Relevant professional qualifications and accreditations, such as Resolution or the Law Society Family Law Panel.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in managing and mentoring a legal team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management abilities.
  • A proactive approach to business development and strategic planning.
