Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead your own caseload of divorce, finance, and children cases with support from the team.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to meet client needs and achieve case objectives.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless case management and exceptional client service.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in family law and apply this knowledge to improve client outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Legal Executive, Solicitor, Associate Solicitor, or Senior Solicitor with experience in family law.
  • Strong understanding of family law principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
