We're seeking an experienced Commercial Finance Broker to join our team at Dobson Welch Recruitment Specialists. As a key member of our finance division, you'll play a crucial role in helping clients purchase, expand, or re-finance their businesses by arranging commercial mortgages.

This is a target-driven position that requires proven experience and knowledge of dealing with commercial mortgages. You'll work closely with our clients to identify suitable solutions, source and present debt facilities, and drive business growth through referrals and reciprocal business.

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain up-to-date market knowledge to provide expert advice to clients

• Source and present debt facilities to clients, ensuring timely and effective solutions

• Work closely with colleagues to maximize referral opportunities and drive business growth

• Develop and maintain relationships with active lending institutions to secure the best deals for our clients

• Plan, manage, and execute multiple assignments simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and ensuring exceptional customer service

• Operate in line with FCA Guidelines, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and expertise

• Stay up-to-date with industry developments through ongoing training and professional development

• Embed the principles of Treating Customers Fairly into all aspects of your work
