Commercial Finance Broker Job Description

Our client, a successful and growing Commercial Property Business, is seeking an experienced Commercial Finance Broker to assist clients in purchasing, expanding, or refinancing their business by arranging commercial mortgages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate business from the company's database of registered business purchasers and existing operators
  • Maintain ongoing contact with prospective clients to ensure our client is foremost in their minds for any business finance opportunity
  • Prepare and submit quality applications for finance on behalf of clients
  • Maintain professional expertise through course attendance, reading of financial journals, and further training in line with CF CPD requirements
Requirements:
