We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Store Warehouse Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our trade customers, ensuring that they receive the best possible experience when visiting our store.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and engage with customers, taking an active interest in their projects and providing expert advice and guidance.
- Develop a thorough knowledge of our product lines, enabling you to offer informed advice and support to customers.
- Assist with preparing customer orders, loading and unloading customer and supplier vehicles using a forklift truck to minimize manual handling.
- Inspect incoming deliveries and report any missing or damaged products.
- Maintain accurate stock levels in both the shop and yard areas, conducting regular stock counts.
- Ensure the store is presented in a clean and tidy manner, creating a positive first impression for our customers.
- Prioritize health and safety, demonstrating your commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
