HR Advisor – Office-Based Role
This position is primarily office-based, with the possibility of remote work for two days a week following the successful completion of the probationary period.

The role offers a competitive salary of approximately £43,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package including life insurance, private healthcare, a cash plan, income protection, and a pension scheme, along with funded CIPD membership.

There is potential for earning commission and participating in a company bonus scheme, with all business-related travel expenses covered.

Qualifications and Experience Required:
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • In-depth technical HR knowledge is essential.
  • Experience in both in-house and outsourced HR environments is required.
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills are crucial.
  • A valid driving license and access to a vehicle are necessary due to the office's location and the need for client visits.

While this role is primarily office-based, there will be flexibility to work from home for up to two days per week after training and probation, although some travel for client meetings will be necessary.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general Employment Law advice and compliant HR guidance, along with updates on legislation.
  • Prepare annual reports detailing HR usage and recommendations.
  • Conduct on-site client visits to manage projects, annual reviews, and employee relations matters such as redundancies, TUPE, disciplinary actions, grievances, and training.

The ideal candidate will be dynamic and passionate about delivering people-focused solutions, offering pragmatic, commercially viable, yet compliant advice. A robust background in HR, particularly in employee relations, along with a thorough understanding of current employment legislation, is essential. Candidates should either possess or be pursuing CIPD Level 7 qualifications or have relevant experience to effectively manage a portfolio of clients receiving outsourced HR support.
