About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our secondary department. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting learners with complex needs, providing individualized attention and care to ensure their academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of engaging and interactive lessons and educational activities
  • Provide individualized support to learners with SEN on a 1:1, small group, and whole class basis
  • Assist in creating a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Collaborate with the class teacher and other support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and supportive classroom culture
Requirements
  • Relevant SEN experience
  • Experience (voluntary or paid) working with children and young adults
  • GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
