We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team as a Supply Teaching Assistant. As a key member of our education team, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning journey of students.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Class Teacher: Assist in delivering educational activities and supporting the class teacher in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Student Supervision: Ensure the safety and well-being of students, providing individual and group support as directed.
- Resource Creation: Help create and maintain resources for learning activities, collaborating with the teacher to monitor and track student progress.
- Relevant Experience: Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar role, with a strong understanding of education principles and practices.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and other stakeholders.
- Flexibility: Ability to work in different school environments, with flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of students and the education team.
- Patient and Empathetic: A patient and empathetic approach, with a genuine passion for supporting the educational development of students.
