Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the classroom teacher in delivering educational activities and implementing individual education plans for students.
  • Provide one-to-one support for students with learning difficulties and assist with classroom management and behaviour support.
  • Help to create a positive learning environment for students and contribute to the overall success of the school.
Requirements:
  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification and Enhanced DBS check.
  • Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths and prior experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a school setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
  • Work primarily takes place in a classroom setting, with occasional overtime required.
  • May involve working with students with challenging behaviour and requiring a high level of patience and understanding.
