- Implement behavior management strategies and interventions as directed by senior staff, ensuring the emotional well-being of students.
- Assist in planning and delivering tailored lessons and activities to meet individual needs, fostering a culture of respect, tolerance, and empathy.
- Monitor and track student progress, reporting any concerns to relevant staff members.
- Previous experience working with students with behavioral difficulties or SEN is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and compassionate approach to working with students.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.
