We are seeking passionate and caring individuals to support Complex needs Learners on a full-time basis. As a Teaching Assistant in our Specialist Provision, you will work with pupils across the Primary and Secondary age range who have a range of Complex needs including Autism, ADHD, MLD, SLD, PMLD, and who are non-verbal.

Your role will involve:

  • Supporting pupils in the classroom on a day-to-day basis
  • Working with multiple pupils and providing 1-2-1 support and Intervention
  • Supporting pupils with their holistic development in line with their Educational Health Care Plans
  • Managing the behaviour of the students
