Intapp Senior Platform Engineer

Intapp stands at the forefront of delivering cloud-centric solutions across diverse sectors. We are in search of a Senior Platform Engineer who possesses profound knowledge in Kubernetes and Cloud Infrastructure to become a part of our Cloud Engineering team. This position entails overseeing Cloud Architecture, Cloud Security, Networking, Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CICD), as well as Cloud Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect, construct, and oversee scalable and economically efficient EKS and AKS environments.
  • Partner with various product teams to execute Security, Data Protection, and High Availability (HA) initiatives.
  • Create and sustain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) utilizing tools such as Terraform, AWS CDK, and CloudFormation.
  • Establish and manage Continuous Deployment (CD) pipelines with tools like ArgoCD and Helm.
  • Diagnose and perform root cause analysis for both Linux and Windows server platforms.
  • Improve monitoring and logging capabilities using Prometheus and the ELK stack.
  • Streamline ingress and egress traffic management.
  • Formulate strategies for reducing costs associated with cloud infrastructure.
  • Ensure adherence to security protocols and implement comprehensive monitoring and logging systems.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in managing Kubernetes environments, specifically EKS and AKS.
  • Proficient in IaC tools such as Terraform, AWS CDK, and CloudFormation.
  • Familiarity with Continuous Deployment tools like ArgoCD and Helm.
  • Strong troubleshooting capabilities and experience with Linux and Windows server systems.
  • Ability to design cloud systems that are scalable, secure, and efficient.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of security and compliance standards in cloud settings.
  • Experience with Prometheus for monitoring and ELK for logging.
  • Expertise in managing traffic routing (ingress/egress).
  • Background in implementing cost-saving measures in cloud environments.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Typescript or Python.
