Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Engineer to extend and improve our Cloud Platform. As a key member of our team, you will work with market-leading businesses to explore new opportunities and influence global retailers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain cloud solutions adhering to industry best practices.
  • Define and document deployment and infrastructure maintenance best practices and strategies.
  • Ensure the performance, uptime, and scalability of infrastructure, upholding high standards for code quality and thoughtful design.
  • Offer guidance, thought leadership, and mentorship to development teams to enhance their cloud expertise.
  • Collaborate with engineering and development teams to assess and identify optimal cloud solutions.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of engineering experience, with a strong track record in building and maintaining highly available production systems on GCP, Azure, or AWS.
  • Proficiency in at least two programming languages, with a focus on Python and Go.
  • Expertise in Infrastructure as Code, primarily using Terraform.
  • Proficient in Docker, Helm, and Kubernetes.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD systems.
  • Capable of designing roadmaps and delivering user-friendly interfaces.
  • Adaptable and quick learner in a fast-paced environment, consistently producing high-quality code.
  • Demonstrated ability in mentoring and coaching, fostering the professional growth of team members.
