Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our education and training initiatives for Medical Aesthetic customers across the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive customer education and training strategy to enhance customer capabilities and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify customers who require technical and clinical support, and provide hands-on training to increase confidence in the use of our non-surgical products.
  • Lead the development and delivery of training programs, including curriculum design, training materials, and evaluation metrics.
  • Review and validate training plans to ensure alignment with business objectives and expectations.
  • Drive the strategy for the entire training project lifecycle, from planning to execution and evaluation.
  • Monitor and report on training return on investment (ROI) and pilot-test new training techniques, tools, and processes to increase training effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership skills with experience in building processes and teams.
  • Medical expertise and experience in the commercial healthcare sector, with a focus on delivering clinical support to healthcare practitioners.
  • Must possess the necessary qualifications and requirements to be registered and covered by cosmetic insurance policy.
  • Medical or clinical qualifications in non-surgical aesthetic medicine, with a preference for Level 7 qualifications.
