Job Description

Galderma is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our education and training initiatives in the UK and Ireland. As the Head of Education and Training, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive training strategy that ensures our customers have the necessary skills and knowledge to use our products effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a customer education and training strategy that aligns with Galderma's business objectives.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify customers who require technical or clinical support and develop tailored training programs to meet their needs.
  • Lead the development and delivery of training programs for customers, employees, and field support teams.
  • Review and validate training plans to ensure they meet learning solution objectives and expectations.
  • Drive the strategy for the entire training project lifecycle, from envisioning to deployment.
  • Accountable for the training return on investment (ROI) and pilot-test new training techniques, tools, and processes to increase training effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Strong leadership skills with experience building processes.
  • Medical expertise and experience in the commercial healthcare sector in delivering clinical support to healthcare practitioners.
  • Must possess the necessary qualification and requirements to be registered and covered by cosmetic insurance policy.
  • Competency in performing treatments/procedures with Galderma products.
  • Medical/clinical qualifications in non-surgical aesthetic medicine, Level 7 preferred.
  • ABPI qualified.
  • Excellent communication skills able to present and train big audiences.
