Head of Education and Training - Aesthetics

Chase Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Education and Training to lead our team of Clinical Specialists in providing hands-on support to Medical Aesthetic customers across the UK & Ireland.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the customer education and training strategy, implementing programs and plans to develop customer capabilities, and collaborating with the sales team to identify customers who require technical/clinical hands-on product support.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement customer education and training programs to enhance customer capabilities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify customers who require technical/clinical hands-on product support.
  • Lead the development of training plans and programs to achieve learning solution objectives.
  • Drive the strategy of the entire training project lifecycle.
  • Accountable for the training return on investment (ROI) and pilot-test new training techniques, tools, and processes to increase training effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, medical expertise, and experience in the commercial healthcare sector in delivering clinical support to healthcare practitioners. A medical/clinical qualification in non-surgical aesthetic medicine, Level 7 preferred, is also required.
