About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at ILS Case Management. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to a young girl with complex needs, including Cerebral Palsy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with all aspects of care, including personal care, medication administration, and PEG feeding
  • Monitor skin integrity and report any concerns to the Case Manager
  • Transport the individual to therapy sessions and activities
  • Assist with physiotherapy and hydrotherapy as guided by the Case Manager and Therapist
  • Administer medication and change PEG button as required
  • Accompany the family on holidays
Requirements
  • Experience working with children with complex needs, including Cerebral Palsy
  • Knowledge of PEG feeding and medication administration
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
