JOB TITLE: Female Support Worker

ILS Case Management is actively seeking a committed and nurturing Female Support Worker to become a vital part of our team.

We are looking for individuals who possess experience in supporting children with intricate health requirements, particularly those with conditions such as Cerebral Palsy and specialized feeding needs.

In this role, you will provide essential assistance to a delightful young girl with Cerebral Palsy. Your responsibilities will include attending to her daily care routines, accompanying her to therapeutic appointments, and encouraging her involvement in local community events.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with complex medical conditions and familiarity with Cerebral Palsy

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in working with children who have experienced trauma and a passion for therapeutic practices

Compensation and Benefits:

• £17.00 per hour for weekday daytime shifts (6.00am to 8.00pm)
• £18.00 per hour for weekend daytime shifts (6.00am to 8.00pm)
• £18.00 per hour for weekday waking night shifts (8.00pm to 6.00am)
• £19.00 per hour for weekend waking night shifts (8.00pm to 6.00am)
• £18.00 per hour for bank holidays (excluding waking nights)
