We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Director - Airfield Infrastructure to join our growing team of aviation specialists. As a leader in the field, you will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative and sustainable airfield infrastructure solutions for both civil and military clients.

Your Impact
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a team of talented engineers.
  • Spearhead the design of airfield infrastructure projects across all RIBA stages, encompassing traditional and design-build procurement models.
  • Manage project budgets, risks, and opportunities effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and securing contracts.
Your Expertise

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in airfield infrastructure design and construction. Your expertise should encompass:

  • Extensive experience leading and delivering complex airfield infrastructure projects across all RIBA stages.
  • In-depth knowledge of Eurocode and UK Building Regulations, ensuring compliance in all designs.
  • Strong understanding of Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015, including the Principal Designer role.
  • Chartered engineer status with a commitment to professional development.
