Key Responsibilities- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff, ensuring the delivery of innovative and sustainable airfield infrastructure solutions.
- Airfield Infrastructure Design: Lead the design of airfield infrastructure projects, including traditional and design and build procurement methods.
- Project Management: Oversee the management of airfield infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, and risk management.
- Cost and Budget Management: Manage project costs and budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and financial control.
- Risk and Opportunity Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, while also identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Staff Development: Support the development of junior staff, providing training and guidance to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Business Development: Contribute to business development and work-winning initiatives, identifying new opportunities and developing strategic relationships.
- Extensive Experience: A minimum of 10 years' experience in leading and delivering airfield infrastructure projects across all RIBA stages.
- Technical Expertise: Chartered engineer with extensive experience in airfield infrastructure design, project management, and cost control.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver high-quality results.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop strategic relationships.
