About the Role

Ramboll is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Airfield Infrastructure Director to join our Aviation Airfield department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and delivering airfield infrastructure projects across all RIBA work stages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior staff
  • Develop and implement innovative and sustainable airfield infrastructure designs
  • Manage project costs and budgets, and identify opportunities for cost savings
  • Assess and mitigate project risks, and identify opportunities for growth
  • Support business development and work winning initiatives

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in leading and delivering airfield infrastructure projects
  • Chartered engineer with a strong understanding of Eurocode and UK Building Regulations
  • Experience in review, assessment, and design of airfield infrastructure
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Potential for succession to current Airfield Infrastructure Director
