Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR & Payroll Officer to join our team at BCM Fareva. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll and HR functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Administration:
    • Process and verify all HR/Payroll data on a monthly basis
    • Complete reconciliation process and ensure accuracy of payroll reports
    • Prepare and submit monthly and statutory reports
    • Manage and maintain HRIS and T&A systems
  • HR Activities:
    • Provide first-line support for all HR queries and concerns
    • Assist with recruitment, disciplinary, absence management, and policy administration
    • Manage the HR inbox and respond to queries in a timely manner
    • Maintain and update personnel records, including archiving leavers
    • Liaise with recruitment agencies and support recruitment activity from initial vacancy to on-boarding
    • Ensure compliance with right to work checks and occupational health questionnaire
    • Deliver training programs on time and attendance system, absence management, and other HR-related topics
    • Manage key contracts onsite, including payroll, legal, occupational health, and reward gateway
Requirements
  • Essential:
    • Payroll administration experience
    • Minimum 5 A-C GCSEs or equivalent
    • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
    • Ability to build cooperative working relationships at all levels
    • Demonstrable experience of planning and organizing own workload
    • Able to use software to produce reports, data manipulation, graphs, and presentations
  • Desirable:
    • HR administration experience
    • Demonstrable ability to build productive working relationships cross-functionally
    • Demonstrable experience of planning short to medium-term HR projects
