Fire Alarm Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Fire Alarm Engineer to join our Operations Resources team. As a Fire Alarm Engineer, you will be responsible for undertaking service calls, PPMs, and reactive maintenance calls on a variety of fire alarm systems in blocks of flats across the London Borough of Ealing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake service calls, PPMs, and reactive maintenance calls on fire alarm systems
  • Work on a variety of fire alarm systems in blocks of flats across the London Borough of Ealing
  • Ensure all work is carried out to a high standard and in accordance with relevant regulations
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £32,000 - £40,000 (DoE) + van, £1,300 on call, and 10%+ extra in overtime
  • A full-time permanent PAYE job with pension, paid holiday, company van, tools, uniform, PPE provided, and all expenses paid

Requirements:
  • Experience in fire alarm systems maintenance and repair
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Please note that this role requires a reasonable drive to the Ealing area, with preferred postcodes including HA, NW, N, UB, and local towns such as Staines, Uxbridge, and Slough.
