About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber / Digital Development Lead to join our team at ONLY FE. This is an exciting opportunity to lead on the development of local and regional employer and stakeholder relationships to enhance and grow our engagement and reputation in the sector.

The successful candidate will be involved in the co-creation and delivery of the curriculum and developing resources to support employer need for provision including T Levels and Apprenticeships. They will also be involved with the delivery of other provision within the Creative and Digital department in addition to supporting employer engagement and reputation enhancing for FE and HE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage employer relationships within local and regional industry relationships ensuring regular engagement
  • Create and design a cyber/digital curriculum model supporting employer need
  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning to students
  • Contribute to the development of the Creative and Digital department

Requirements:

  • UK Honours degree or UK ENIC recognised degree in a Computing/Digital discipline
  • Level 2 qualifications in English and maths
  • Excellent sector experience with good knowledge and links with local and regional employers
  • Relevant industrial and / or professional experience in the areas of Cyber/ Computing
