Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise students in the absence of the classroom teacher, maintaining a calm and focused learning environment.
  • Manage classroom behaviour and ensure students are engaged with the work set, upholding the school's behaviour policies.
  • Provide support to pupils during lessons where required, responding to any questions or concerns they may have about their work.
  • Report back to teachers on the progress and behaviour of students during the lesson, providing valuable insights into their educational journey.
  • Assist with administrative tasks when required, contributing to the smooth operation of the school.
Requirements:
  • Minimum GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths, demonstrating a strong foundation in core subjects.
