Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Representative to join our team at Glen Callum Associates Ltd. As a Regional Sales Representative, you will be responsible for increasing market share in the UK, selling directly to garages and workshops in the East of England.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales: Plan, manage, and implement sales activities to achieve individual and team targets.
- Customer Engagement: Conduct product demonstrations, manage the sales process from trial period to sign-up, and maintain accurate customer records on the company database.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with the wider sales team, marketing, customer support, and order processing to act as a customer advisor and communicate product feedback.
- Industry Events: Attend automotive industry events and trade shows to engage with customers and promote products.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven, successful experience in a direct/field sales role is essential.
- Knowledge: Previous knowledge or experience of the automotive aftermarket is preferred.
- Skills: Comfortable doing product demonstrations with a laptop and experience of Microsoft Office.
- Personal Qualities: Happy to work on your own initiative for most of the week, be a self-starter with a passion for sales and achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Competitive Salary: Basic salary £40-45k + Commission, OTE uncapped.
