Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Transport Administrator to join our team on our Late shift. The main focus of the role is to provide support to the drivers once they have completed their drops.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to drivers, including briefing and de-briefing, and preparing paperwork.
  • Manage driver adjustment queries and customer credits using SAP.
  • Perform cash office duties and invoicing.
  • Work effectively with colleagues on other shifts to ensure seamless communication and teamwork.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as an Administrator, preferably in a fleet or transport environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage workload.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in SAP.
