About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Management Director to lead our Technical Services team at Center Parcs. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our village's facilities and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a team of technically competent operatives to achieve success in maintaining our village's facilities and infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to ensure all assets are kept in a healthy and functional condition.
  • Facilitate and develop a culture that promotes and encourages the general wellbeing, motivation, and morale of your team.
  • Ensure effective performance management strategies are in place and your team is actively contributing towards this.
  • Positively engage with and support all key stakeholders who expect a high level of service from your team.
  • Encourage collaborative working practices between your team and other departments.
Requirements
  • HNC in construction, engineering, or formal Facilities Management qualifications.
  • Proven experience in managing a dynamic workload, planning, and prioritizing tasks.
  • Use of Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems.
  • Experience in managing service contracts within hard FM organizations.
  • Proven ability to manage a technical workforce team and office administration teams.
  • Demonstrate a high technical knowledge of HVAC systems.
  • Experience in Fire Safety Standards & Risk Management.
