FM Hard Services Manager

At Center Parcs, we're looking for a skilled and experienced FM Hard Services Manager to lead our Technical Services team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our village's hard services, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.

About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong background in facilities management, engineering, or a related field. You'll have a proven track record of managing a dynamic workload, planning, and prioritizing tasks, as well as experience in managing service contracts and technical workforces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Technical Services team to deliver high-quality maintenance and repair services
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization
  • Manage service contracts and negotiate with suppliers to ensure best value
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

HNC in construction, engineering, or a related fieldProven experience in managing a dynamic workload and technical workforceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively with othersHigh technical knowledge of HVAC systems and fire safety standards
