About the Role
Mountain Healthcare Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SARC Manager to join our team. As a SARC Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing a strategic vision for the service, ensuring changes meet internal and external expectations and meet budgetary constraints.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver safe and effective services to all clients of the SARC, meeting national and local targets in relation to rape and sexual assault.
- Evaluate and assess current service delivery, implementing changes in practice that deliver significant and substantial improvements in access and service delivery, while working within a budget.
- Manage all employees associated with the SARC, ensuring a high level of service delivery and adherence to company policies and procedures.
