Rehabilitation Specialist

Your Role
As a Rehabilitation Specialist, your duties will encompass: Engaging in effective communication with a diverse group of healthcare professionals, including clinicians, managers, and stakeholders Offering compassionate and impactful leadership to junior team members, including support staff and assistants Facilitating the provision of occupational therapy student placements Assisting in the completion of performance reviews and personal development plans for junior staff Taking charge of the formulation and execution of relevant policies, protocols, and care pathwaysTo Excel as a Rehabilitation Specialist, you will require:
A recognized qualification in Occupational Therapy Significant and pertinent post-qualification clinical experience with individuals who have complex needs Extensive knowledge of applying occupational therapy frameworks and methodologies Proven ability in demonstrating highly effective clinical reasoning skills Specialized understanding of relevant assessment and treatment modelsWhat We Offer:
