Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Reward Director to lead our Birmingham Reward Practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing share-based incentive plans for clients in the UK and overseas.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement equity incentive arrangements for quoted companies, privately owned businesses, and private equity-backed companies.
- Develop and maintain longstanding and new client relationships, providing expert advice on reward and share plan design.
- Lead a team of experienced Reward specialists, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, ensuring our clients receive the best possible advice.
Requirements
- Significant experience in Executive Reward, including reward or share plan design and implementation.
- Proven track record of managing and developing client relationships.
- Ability to think creatively and develop value-adding solutions.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing teams.
