Job Title: Compensation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Specialist to join our team at TPP Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our total reward strategy, ensuring that our employees are fairly compensated and motivated to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of our pay and reward strategy, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze and plan our annual pay/remuneration award, providing recommendations and guidance to ensure a fair and competitive compensation package.
  • Design and implement innovative reward and recognition approaches that align with our values and promote a positive work culture.
  • Conduct salary surveys and pay benchmarking exercises to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive and aligned with industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain our job banding methodology and approach, ensuring consistency and fairness in our compensation practices.
  • Communicate and promote our reward offerings to potential and new employees, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Monitor and analyze the usage and impact of our reward initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for enhancements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in compensation and benefits, with a strong understanding of total reward strategies and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed recommendations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and communicate effectively with employees.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
