Job Title: Senior Sales Compensation Manager

Industry Sector: Interior Stone, Natural Stone, Render, Textured Products, Plasters, Mortars, Building Products, Contractors, Merchants, External Wall Insulation, Exterior Finishes, Structural Concrete, Building Materials, Rainscreen, Façade, Cladding

Area to be covered: North West (open for the right candidate to pursue projects nationally)

Remuneration: £45,000 - £60,000 + negotiable commission scheme

Benefits: negotiable car allowance & full benefits package

The role of the Senior Sales Compensation Manager will involve:

  1. Area Sales Manager position selling a range of interior & exterior natural stone systems
  2. Applications for both exterior & interior use
  3. Building a sales team once established
  4. Determining route to market based on experience
  5. 1 day from home, 4 days out on the road
  6. Ideally based in North West, but consideration for the right candidate slightly off patch

The ideal applicant will be a Senior Sales Compensation Manager with:

  1. A proven track record in field-based sales of associated building products (natural stone, concrete, cladding, facades, tiles, etc.)
  2. Experience to hit the ground running as our client is new to the market
  3. Sales experience with builders merchants, specifiers, architects, main contractors, sub-contractors, developers, housebuilders
  4. Previous management of a sales team (ideal)
  5. Experience conducting CPD Presentations (ideal)
  6. Technical and on-site experience with building materials
  7. Genuine determination and tenacity
