Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate CAMHS Practitioner to join our team at Aspect Healthcare. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health conditions in children and adolescents
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Conduct group and individual therapy sessions, as well as family therapy sessions as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and develop treatment plans
Requirements:
- NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse
- Experience working in CAMHS or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
