Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at MG Scaffolding. As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our staff in their daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional administrative support to our team, including daily communication with clients, recording of HGV defect sheets, and organization of vehicle maintenance schedules.
  • Manage competing priorities and maintain accurate records, including training matrices and daily labour logs.
  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager to process monthly applications for payment and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
