Job Title: Marketing & Events Administrator

Location: East Malling

Hourly Rate: £13 - £17

Contract Type: Temporary

Working Pattern: Full Time / Part Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Marketing Manager and MD in coordinating and organising company events
  • Ensure events align with the company brand identity and strategy
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and MD to develop and implement marketing plans
  • Coordinate logistics, such as venue bookings and catering
  • Assist with marketing administration tasks, including data entry and report generation

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational and coordination abilities
  • Familiarity with marketing administration tasks
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Driving required due to rural location

About the Team:

You will be working closely with the Marketing Manager and MD, as well as collaborating with other members of their team. It's an exciting and supportive environment that encourages creativity and personal growth.

  • Assist in planning and organising in-house and external company events
  • Coordinate logistics, such as venue bookings and catering
  • Support the Marketing Manager and MD in developing and implementing marketing plans
