Marketing & Events Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing & Events Assistant to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager and MD in coordinating and organising company events, ensuring they align with our client's brand identity and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and organising in-house and external company events
  • Coordinate logistics, such as venue bookings, catering, and equipment setup
  • Ensure all marketing materials and messages are in line with our client's brand identity
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Support the Marketing Manager in various administrative tasks
Requirements:
  • Strong organisational and coordination abilities
  • Familiarity with marketing administration tasks
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Driving required due to rural location

Experience in a similar role is ideal but not essential. Recent marketing graduates are also welcome to apply. As our client is located in a rural area, driving is required. You will need to have strong Microsoft Office skills to excel in this role.
