Role Overview:
Berry Recruitment is seeking an experienced Plumber to join our client's team in a prison environment. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for ensuring the Planned Preventative Maintenance programme is completed in line with specifications and Work Packages.
Key Responsibilities:- Routine and non-routine maintenance of plumbing systems
- Fault finding and repair of plumbing equipment
- Identification and replacement of life-expired equipment
- Inspections, water sampling, and risk assessments
- Mains water supply repairs and maintenance
- Ensuring all works are carried out to the highest safety standards and to agreed method statements
- Minimising wastage and continually improving processes
- Ensuring statutory works are carried out to time and that work is compliant
- Maximo maintenance system experience or similar package
- Experience in operating light plant
- Full Driving Licence
- Appropriate trade qualification
- Gas safe registration card
- Legionella Control (L8)
- At least 3 years' continuous residency within the UK
This role may include working at height and in all weather conditions.
