Domestic Support Specialist

McCarthy Stone is seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join their team as a Domestic Assistant.
This role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of older people residing in McCarthy Stone developments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing domestic support and housekeeping services to homeowners, including laundry and cleaning services, as well as assisting with communal area maintenance.
About You:
- You will possess a caring personality and excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer care or a similar environment is desirable.
- You should be considerate, patient, and professional in your approach.
We offer a competitive salary of £11.44 per hour, along with various benefits including life assurance, company pension, and access to our Employee Assist Programme.
