About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Digital Waffle. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that drives engagement, growth, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Social Media Strategy and Content Creation: Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with our brand goals and objectives. Create high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Community Engagement: Foster a strong online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions to improve our social media strategy.
  • Brand Partnerships: Collaborate with influencers, brands, and other stakeholders to develop and execute partnerships that drive brand awareness and revenue.
  • Content Calendar Management: Plan, create, and schedule content across multiple social media platforms to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing team to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing channels.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement and growth.
  • Excellent content creation and writing skills, with the ability to create high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to track and analyze social media metrics to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
