JBA Consulting seeks a dynamic BIM and Digital Delivery Manager to lead our digital transformation efforts in the South of England and South Wales.

As a key member of our growing team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our design processes and driving innovation across various sectors, including flood risk management, maritime, and infrastructure.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Collaborating with our national BIM and Digital Delivery Manager to develop and implement cutting-edge digital design tools within JBA Consulting.
  • Providing strategic leadership for BIM and digital delivery initiatives in the South region, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Guiding and mentoring a team of talented 2D and 3D BIM CAD technicians, empowering them to reach their full potential.
  • Ensuring seamless project delivery through the creation of sophisticated 3D digital models and robust BIM processes.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of quality assurance in all digital design outputs.

The ideal candidate possesses:

  • Proven experience leading and motivating high-performing teams within a fast-paced environment.
  • A deep understanding of BIM principles and their practical application in civil/structural engineering projects.
  • Expertise in managing Common Data Environments (CDEs) such as SharePoint, ensuring efficient data sharing and collaboration.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard 2D and 3D modeling software, including Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, and Navisworks.
  • A strong track record of producing high-quality technical drawings and 3D models that meet project specifications.
  • Relevant engineering qualifications and professional membership in recognized institutions like ICE or CIWEM.
