Job Title: National Sales Manager

Job Summary:

Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Sales Manager to lead the business in their continued success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business growth, commercial leadership, and people management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take overall responsibility for the Sales, Marketing, and Service teams, instilling a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, increase revenue, and improve market share.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Manage and optimize sales processes, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and product launches.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market analysis, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements:

  • Significant commercial leadership and people management experience, with a proven track record in business growth.
  • A strong 'hunter' mentality, with a hunger for success and the ability to foster that culture within teams.
  • Solid experience managing Sales, Marketing, and Service teams is key to the success of this role.
  • An understanding of Public Sector frameworks and tender processes.
  • Demonstrable experience of managing operational performance within financial budgets.
  • Proven ability to plan and implement organisational strategies and operational objectives.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead from the front.
  • Problem solving, creative thinking, and decision making skills, including the ability to make challenging decisions.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, in PowerPoint, written, and verbal aspects.
