About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front of House Manager to join our team at HC-One. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Home Manager in the effective management and control of administrative systems and processes.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation of our front of house services, including resident administration, financial management, and recruitment processes. You will work closely with the Home Manager and other colleagues to maintain accurate records, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage resident administration, including finance, admissions, and account monitoring
  2. Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports on resident and home expenditure
  3. Prepare and submit financial information to the sales ledger for timely and accurate invoicing
  4. Administer and monitor the time and attendance system, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing
  5. Support the recruitment process for home-based positions, including issuing new starter documentation
  6. Update and maintain colleague personal information in accordance with regulatory requirements
  7. Prepare management information and reports as requested by the Home Manager and Support Office
  8. Utilize the Administrator's Cornerstone to ensure effective home administration
  9. Respond to resident and visitor inquiries in a timely and friendly manner
  10. Collaborate with the Area Director to support home administrators in the area
